"i am broken," she says, and returns to the faceless glass
'i can mend you'.
imagine that. but her compainion clenches and they are back and then he is gone.
here we are. fear smiles; here we are. what you are afraid of in the dark is still there in the light.
rivers oceans they are inside and so is the ache at her door and also comes the shame.
what you are afraid of in the dark is still there in the light.
people so many people in this empty room
'but i need help i am tired'.
and then she stands above those tears and she turns and onward it leaps so fast too fast it snatches
she casts with abandon and while the wholeness it eludes her she beats or maybe it is him
and maybe there is hope or love alone; time resumes,
she has grown.

and so it is. 2005 is ending! i won't attempt to summarise everything that has happened or everything that i experienced and felt because i dont see how i would. it was weird and crazy and so different and yes i did learn alot. i am sad to be moving another step further from mg, and perhaps on my journey away from 'childhood' and the security of my family, but this new year will not bring any change bigger than what 2005 brought, so i am prepared, looking forward, and concentrating on the shining points of 2006. and i will carry myself through and try to make it as good a year for anyone i encounter as possible!

we're all sitting here watching il divo on tv on that giant prince's charity concert before dinner. hahaha it's going to be so funny we're playing this game called 'death by chocolate'. my character is maria von schnapps. ooeerr :D

today i went to holland village with alex kally and my mum for a girly couple of hours. i have deep red sparkly nails now! the colour of my future car minus the glitter. then i met tiff nana eddie and nette. it was actually supposed to be a full nettie meeting but everyone ended up unable to go except for us so we still met up and it was great! great company great talks and the comfort of familiarity. i am so glad of the time our team had together and the amazing bond we all share. i really am SO grateful for each of you. for all my mg friends. thank goodness for friendships that have stood the test of time. a real illustration of what a team is, of what mg as a family is. nette eddie and i ended up staying the latest and we just talked and talked for a couple of hours. hahah nette it was quite funny when we got up for you to show me """"dance moves"""". the next hopeful nettie meeting is NETTE'S BIRTHDAY on monday. excidingg.

we're staying home for the countdown tonight instead of going out. loads of family fun! i can't think of a better way to end the year.
here's to 2005, and the new year.
lets make it a good one. :)
